The squares continue with one more baby sweater. I'm going to a shower later this month, and this sweater seems like just the thing to make. This one has the green as the main color most of the time, and the contrast color is an assortment of blue yarns from my stash. I like the one I made for Cozy, but I love this one more because it uses so many colors, plus I know who will end up wearing it.
There's another baby in the family, too. A cousin baby was born last month, and I'm working on a star blanket. Pictures later, when there's more to see.

pretty!
are you knitting anything for yourself? (just asking, 'cause i'm selfish, you know ....)
Well, the Trekking socks are for me, and other things on my "current" list are for me, I'm just not working on them very much. You know, I'm usually quite selfish, so this recent bout of knitting-for-others is unusual. Maybe I'm ill..........
I know this sounds like the kind of joke that Randy would make on purpose, but when I saw the word "shower" in your post, I went, "Huhn? isn't it bad to put knitted clothes in hot water?" But don't worry, I figured it out pretty quickly.
Har!
Oh how cute! I love that you're mixing up the colors on this one- variety is, after all, the spice of life- it makes things interesting...
I'm sure it'll be a cherished gift!
Happy knitting,
ali
